Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or public holidays.

Where We Ship From All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the United States.

Split Shipments Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on the products ordered and their fulfillment locations. This means items from the same order may arrive in separate packages or on different delivery dates. If your order is split into multiple shipments, tracking information will be provided for each shipment as it becomes available.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
